Mehreen is a Director of Mulgrave Law Ltd. She is accredited by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC) to provide advice on all areas of UK Immigration law.
Practising immigration law since 2011 her expertise include applications under Appendix FM, Indefinite leave to remain, entry clearance, applications under the point based system as well as asylum cases.
Throughout her career, Mehreen has advised numerous SME’s and multi-national companies in obtaining a Tier 2 Sponsor licence and has regularly assisted Tier 2 Sponsors with their compliance duties.
She graduated with LLB (Hons) from University of London in 2007 and completed the Bar Vocational Course from University of Northumbria in 2009.
She is fluent in English, Urdu and Pushto.

Alisha is a qualified solicitor and experienced Immigration advisor with over 6 years of experience in the field. She specialises in Corporate and Private Immigration matters including Tier 2 work visas, business visitors, indefinite leave to remain, European applications, legal right to work checks, audits, sponsor licence/compliance, spouse visas and naturalisation applications.
She has previously worked with a number of city law firms and has experience working with number of SME’s and high net worth individuals. She has successfully dealt with numerous complex immigration matters and has secured leave for her clients on numerous occasions.
Alisha is also registered as a solicitor with the Solicitors Regulating Authority.
Sayed is Mulgrave Law’s Director of Operations. He has over 16 years’ of experience in people, operations and client management and thus has meticulous understanding of all elements of our office processes, from GDPR to Marketing.
He ensures the law firm runs with precision, nothing is more important that client satisfaction to him. And, although not a Lawyer, he has a keen interest in immigration law and regularly attends legal seminars to expand his knowledge of the law.
